The Spaulding Soccer Program has made significant strides in the past several years. The girls won the 2001 State Championship and the boys are steadily becoming one of the stronger sides in the state. Both teams routinely put players on the All-State and Twin-State teams. This year is no different with Scott Bullis, Jeff Spring, Andrea Hutchins, and Ashley St. John being named to both the All-State and Twin-State teams.

The Girls program is coached by Peter Sakash who is in his 11th year at Spaulding. The girls play in the Metro Division which is the highest and toughest division in the state. Greg Titus is in his 2nd year as an assistant coach for Coach Sakash. Coach Sakash is also helped out by Tom Roberge and Jay Baitz who coach the JV and Freshman teams.

Rob Moran has been named the boys Varsity coach for the 2004 season. This will be coach Moran's first season as Varsity coach and his 6th season with the Spaulding program. James Lacroix and Jamaal Jacobs will be helping out Coach Moran by coaching the boys JV Team. The boys play in the Capital Division, which year in and year out is one of the most competitive divisions in the state.
